An agreement was signed between the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly and the Russian-Vietnamese Friendship Society

On November 11, at the headquarters of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in Moscow, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" and the Association "Russian-Vietnamese Friendship Society" signed a cooperation agreement.

The agreement was signed First Deputy Secretary General - Head of the General Secretariat of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Svetlana Smirnova and Chairman of the Central Board of the Russian-Vietnamese Friendship Society Vladimir Buyanov.

The main purpose of the agreement is to promote the development of international relations on the basis of multifaceted cooperation and spiritual and moral values.

The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is an international non-governmental organization aimed at forming a social integration model in the name of establishing peace and harmony through the development of a multilateral cooperation and public (people's) diplomacy in the Eurasian space. The Russian-Vietnamese Friendship Society

The Russian-Vietnamese Friendship Society is the legal successor of the Soviet-Vietnamese Friendship Society established on 31 July 1958. For 25 years, the chairman of the Society was the USSR pilot-cosmonaut, Hero of the Soviet Union and Hero of Vietnam G.S. Titov. Since 2005, the Society has been operating on the basis of the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law. Thanks to many years of financial and administrative support from MAEP, which is a collective member of the ATM, many Russian-Vietnamese projects have been implemented. Website -
