AFROCOM and the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly signed an agreement

On April 13, in Moscow, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" and the Coordinating Committee for Economic Cooperation with African Countries (AFROCOM / AFROCOM) signed a cooperation agreement.

The document was signed by the Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrey Belyaninov and the Chairman of the AFROCOM Committee Igor Morozov.

The agreement provides for the expansion and strengthening of international business cooperation, including the unification of efforts of organizations in the African direction.

« We see a professional team and what scope the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly has gained over the past few years. AFROCOM already has twenty representative offices in African countries and unites about a hundred Russian enterprises, both industrial and IT. By joining our efforts with the Assembly, with parliamentary diplomacy, we will get new synergy in all areas of interaction with partners,” said Igor Morozov, chairman of the AFROCOM Committee, at the signing ceremony.

The parties agreed to exchange experience and information in the direction of tourism, trade and industrial environment, exports, imports, finances and financial instruments, investments, innovations, as well as to propose measures to stimulate the investment activity of the countries of Eurasia.
